Call for the 10th International Student Symposium
Content and Scope of The Symposium
The 10th International Student Symposium will be held in Istanbul between 28 December 2024 in collaboration with UDEF (International Federation of Student Associations) and Istanbul TechnicalUniversity. It is aimed that international students and all other researchers studying in Turkey will contribute to the symposium. Students and researchers can participate in the international student symposium, to be held this year, with their academic research and reviews covering the following topics.
- Social Sciences and Humanities
- Science and Engineering
- International Studentship studies (symposium unique/particular theme)
Symposium Participants
The symposium is primarily aimed at international students continuing their education in Turkey. All international students studying in Turkey at the undergraduate, graduate or doctoral level can apply to the symposium. However, Turkish students studying at the undergraduate or graduate level can only submit papers in the field of international students, which is the particular theme of the symposium.
Venue and Date of the Symposium
The 9th International Student Symposium of this year will be held in Istanbul.
Date And Place: 1-3 December 2023, Istanbul Gelişim University.
Participation Fee and Provided Facilities
The sponsoring institutions will cover transportation, accommodation and three meals per day for the accepted persons. (These services are valid for 1 author, only 1 author will be benefitted from these services for the presentation of papers with 2 or more authors. Other authors and those who want to participate as listeners can participate in the program by their own expense.) The persons whose papers are accepted will attend the symposium by paying 200 tl.
While the travel expenses of researchers who want to participate from abroad are not covered, other expenses are covered by the organization and sponsoring institutions. The papers presented at the symposium will be published in the proceedings book, and participation certificates will be presented to the participants.
